Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy

This is a common therapeutic treatment for neck and back pain. It consists of applying manipulation to joints that have abnormal movement patterns or fail to function normally.

The objective of this chiropractic treatment is to increase range of motion and restore normal function to affected joint.  A chiropractic adjustment typically involves a high velocity short lever thrust applied to the joint.  It is often accompanied by an audible release of gas referred to as a joint cavitation, and followed by a relieving sensation to the area.

We utilize a variety of different chiropractic manipulative techniques including Diversified, Droptable, and Instrument Assisted Technique.  The use of these different techniques is dependent on patient comfort, and their condition.
