Taping

Taping provides an array or physical benefits.  The primary function of taping is to deliver increased stability to injured joints and prevent aberrant movement of those joints.

Taping reduces inflammation, accelerates the recovery from bruises and contusions, and helps to control muscle spasms and cramping.  In many instances, different types of tape can be used to act as accessory muscles helping to compensate for muscles while in their injured state.
